What to Expect When You Visit

Sunday Mornings

You may want to come at 10:30 am for coffee and fellowship, followed by our 11:00 am Worship Service. You might want to even visit us for Sunday School, which begins at 9:30 am. Either way, know that you are welcome.

  Parking

Parking is very straight-forward; you may want to find a spot on the south side of the building by our front doors (located underneath our carport). You will be greeted and should not have trouble finding the restrooms, coatracks and sanctuary. Be sure to visit the Welcome Center straight ahead! If you have children with you, we have a caring Nursery staffed with competent and reliable ladies.

Sunday School

Sunday School at Hope is not just for the youngsters! As a visitor, we offer classes for absolutely ALL ages. Please navigate the Sunday School link for the many options to you. Maybe you stop by the first day, or maybe you wait to decide on the right class for you. Whatever your choice, be sure to experience our morning worship

Worship Service

Hope Community Church represents about 300, so 260+ people might fill our Sanctuary each Sunday. We have a rich, history at Hope, and we have evolved into a congregation with a wide-range of demographics and age groups.

Our Worship Services last about an hour and fifteen minutes, with Communion on the first Sunday of every month. If you have children, you will have different options, depending on the age:

Nursery  Our Greeter will assist you in finding the Nursery, but it is just to your left upon entering our front doors.

Toddler Church This is our program for children ages 2½ to 5 that takes place during the entire Morning Service.

Children's  Church  This is our program for children grades K-2.  This also takes place during the second half of the Morning Service.

Regarding dress, you will see a mix of everything with our congregation, from relaxed to conservative. So wear what makes you feel comfortable. We have a blend of traditional and contemporary praise time: you might sing a song from our hymnal, or participate in a Steven Curtis Chapman tune from the projected lyrics on our screen. We have an organ and piano, but that guitar and drum set does not collect too much dust.
